1/ Case Building:

Including file preparation, statement taking, and disclosure. AB Licensing Solutions can also provide additional support by way of interviewing of suspects in conjunction with the Technical Fire Safety Officer. In more complex cases this can be to advanced interview standards. All statements and interviews will be produced in compliance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984. Case files are prepared to Manual of Guidance standards and with due regard to the Criminal Proceedings Investigation Act.

2/ Case Review:

Including review of evidence and disclosure to CPIA standards (carried out by an independent reviewer), liaison with the regulatory authority and their appointed advocate to ensure the best possible outcome in the light of the evidence available.
